I am a judicial educator who has presented both in the United States and around the world.   My presentations include topics ranging from  procedural fairness in drug treatment courts to the elements of negligent entrustment. (See a list of my presentations here.)

Among other entities I have presented for American University (AU),  the National Judicial  College (NJC),  The National Association of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP),  the American Judges Association (AJA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA),  and the National Association of Court Managers (NACM).

As a result of my activities,  the American Judges Association  presented me with its highest award for judicial education.
